Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the online news service provided by FIELDNEWS GLOBAL (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides its content service — news articles, reviews, and commentary — year-round as a rule. The service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other operational needs, in which case prior notice will be given.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms, and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit information obtained through the service without the Company's prior consent.

Users must not defame others or infringe on their rights.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or by the user's own fault. Matters not specified in these terms are governed by applicable laws and customary practice.
